The mental health of youth - and people of all ages - are particularly vulnerable. However, there is hope. On Wednesday, December 9th, Our Minds Matter will host a virtual celebration A Not So Silent Night: Shining A Light On Mental Health. The evening will not only celebrate our progress in the fight on mental health, but inspire hope for those struggling with their mental health. Viewers can expect a powerful night in which students share their stories, speaking on how OMM has changed their lives and helped them find their voice on their mental health journey.
